Dr. Lilliana Bardi, ND
Dr. Bardi’s journey into natural medicine began when she sought alternative approaches to addressing the mental health conditions she grappled with during her teenage years. Through the integration of herbal medicine and a profound appreciation for the gut-brain connection, she successfully was able to get off six prescription medications. This propelled her from a trajectory of conventional pre-medical studies to an unwavering conviction that her true calling lay in the realm of naturopathic medicine.
Lilliana studied biology and psychology at the University of Georgia for her undergraduate and went on to study Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. There she learned to seamlessly meld allopathic research based medicine with ancient natural remedies and healing modalities. Later in 2023, her mother received a double lung transplant due to chronic mold sickness, sparking her passion for treating environmental and complex chronic illnesses.
Lilliana, now a board certified and licensed Naturopathic Doctor, imparts her wealth of knowledge to patients with a profound commitment to personalized medicine. She is currently doing her residency at Aster Integrative Medicine in Edmonds, WA where she is being trained in complex chronic and environmental illness, infectious diseases, women’s health, autoimmune diseases and advanced neural and intravenous therapies
