Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first visit.

Dr. Bardi is not contracted with any insurance companies. Her office provides superbills after appointments that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. She is considered out-of-network naturopathic care. That said, anything that can be run through insurance will be — including labs and prescriptive medications.

Dr. Bardi's rate is $340 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments — so you only pay for the time you use. These rates are separate from any treatments, lab tests, or supplements prescribed during your visit.

New patients start with a 60–90 minute phone call to take a detailed history and order any labs needed. From there, you'll come in for a 120-minute in-office appointment that includes a thorough review of your lab results, Autonomic Response Testing, any procedures chosen during the visit, and a personalized treatment plan with clear next steps.

Bring all current supplements and medications to your visit. If you have lab results from the past year, upload them to the Optimantra Portal ahead of time or bring printed copies. The more context you bring, the more thorough your evaluation will be.

ART is an advanced biofeedback method that helps uncover hidden stressors in the body — things like toxins, infections, or structural imbalances that standard testing often misses. It tests how your body responds to different therapies and supplements so I can build a protocol genuinely matched to you, with fewer side effects and better results.
